As Cool as Ice

For many Porsche owners the ultimate way to experience their Porsche is on a trackday pushing both themselves and their cars to the limit. I am also one of these people and have enjoyed my 911 on the smooth track powering through the twisty bits. The only problem with a trackday is the risk of an “off” or collision with another car. The cost both financially or mental could be too much to bear.

With that in mind i recently saw a video on Channel P101tv of somebody have all the thrills of a trackday without the consequences of the spills. The event is called ice driver and as the name suggests its a trackday on the snow. Whats even better is that its not in your own car, but rather a provided 911.

Take a peek at Sidewayssam having fun in the snow.
